Step 1: Send us an enquiry
Send us an enquiry via email or use our website submit form. More detailed information is highly appreciated as it will help us optimize your customers' travel plan. As soon as we get your query, our travel advisor will get back to you immediately.

Step 2: Get a Quote
After receiving your query, we will contact you with further information or a quote within 24 hours.

Step 3: Booking & Deposit
When our proposal accepted by your clients, please confirm your acceptance of our offer by email and let us know your preferred method of payment. We accept payment by Bank Transfer, Western Union and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). We securely connects with OnePay Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored at our system (Merchant). Please note that payment by credit cards will incur 3% administrative fee.

According to our booking conditions, we require a deposit of 20% of the total booking and final payment 30 days prior to arrival date. If your customers' arrival date is less than 30 days then full payment is required at the time of booking. Our travel advisor will send you a Travel registration form and a Personal Preference form which request all necessary information to make bookings. Please fill in the blanks where requested and send the information back to us so that we will start setting up the tours.

Be sure to go through our "Booking Terms & Conditions". We will also provide you with detailed instructions for payment via email or a payment link for secured payment by credit card online.

Step 4: Confirmation
Your booking will be officially confirmed at the moment that we receive your deposit. We will send you an e-mail with a receipt for payment to confirm this with you.

If you choose to pay online by credit cards, you will get a notification as soon as payment is made successfully. In this case, please regard the invoice sent from as a receipt for your payment.

Step 5: Final payment
We will send you a reminder for final payment by the due course and will send you another receipt for confirm of receiving your final payment.
